Focusing on ‘Butter Milk Pancake’, we localize popular pancakes worldwide such as ‘Oven-Baked French Pancake’ by dipping dough with ricotta cheese into appareil which is used to make French toast and bake it in the oven, etc.

We do not only provide pancakes as desserts, but also a wide variety of pancakes that go well with BIO wine for meals.
