Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa, operated by an eel wholesaler in business for over 90 years, opens its first branch in Kanagawa Prefecture. At our restaurants, we only use authentic unagi carefully selected by our expert staff. Our eel is grilled, and never steamed. That's why the outer skin of our eel is crisp, while the meat inside remains soft and juicy. One bite, and the rich fatty flavor of eel bursts forth. We use our own custom Japanese charcoal to ensure the best possible taste.
