We are a pancake restaurant providing MODE (fashionable) pancakes that has never been seen before, using strictly selected high-class fermented butter from all places in Japan.
Focusing on ‘Butter Milk Pancake’, we localize popular pancakes worldwide such as ‘Oven-Baked French Pancake’ by dipping dough with ricotta cheese into appareil which is used to make French toast and bake it in the oven, etc.
